WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer Standard U.S.A Shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Standard Shipping Rate:
7-15 Days
Please order 2 weeks in advance to receive your order within the time frame that you may need the order. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Customers that purchased the value of required amount.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Annual Vendor Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these period as the service from all of our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. It usually cause a delay of 3-7 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays and inconvenience in those periods and highly appreciate your patience
